I have been collecting 16" rims over the years and have several sets of GM OEM stock 16x8 rims.
I have at least a set of four Z28 salad shooters. These weigh about 17lbs each as I recall. I have a dozen or more Pontiac 5 spokes, both twisty spoke and straight spoke. These are a pound or two heavier than the salad shooter. A select few are like new and all are straight and true. How does $15 a wheel sound ... $50 for a set of four. I also have a set of four GM 17x9.5 ZR1s for $350. I'm willing to ship, but you will have to pick up those costs. AFS wheels are gone ... |

Dang it! Every time I start thinking about selling my 16x8 sets, somebody comes along with a giveaway price (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
Oh well, get'em while they're hot (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) This post has been edited by sgarnett: Jun 22 2009, 09:46 PM |

Probably more than the asking price ... My guess would be 20 per wheel. But that would be just a guess.

About a year ago (before prices started to come down), I recycled a cracked IROC wheel for $22 at the local scrapyard. I hate to say it Mitch, but they may be worth more, and easier to deal with as scrap.

Oh. Glad I cracked my wheel when I did... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I managed to time the "aluminum bubble" just right (unlike housing). (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
