Here is the basic info about the car. I'll add more as time goes by, I'm sure I've forgotten a lot!

1995 Camaro track car for sale. This is a great HPDE/Time Trial car (NASA TTA) or could even work out as a drag car with some adjustments. This car would probably run high 11’s on the strip. Times at race tracks-Road Atlanta 1:38, VIR 2:10 subtract about 4 seconds on new Hoosier A’s. I bought this car new in 1995.

This car has some damage on the front nose cover where I backed my trailer hitch into it. Also note the RF quarter is cracked from hitting the garage, the right rear tail light is also damaged. The car has never been wrecked on Track.

This car could be driven on the street, but is not legal in the metro Atlanta area due to emissions. (no cats, big cam.)

Car has approx 65k miles. Engine has approx 3k.
Reason for sale-I bought a new T1 vette racecar.

With the stock oil cooler? I would guess this cooler doesn't do to much, but I really have no idea, since I have no temp gauge?

With my new heads and cam I am pretty sure I need a big cooler. What are you guys running, and does anyone have enough info where I can order the parts and rig it up?

In my z06 on track, I am seeing about 300 deg after about 15 minutes of hard running, I would think the lt1 is really getting up there as well.

About a year ago I installed LT4 hotcam, headers, bolt ons etc. Car makes 330 at the wheels, but feels a bit slow. So a couple of months ago I decided to go with lloyd elliot LE2 heads and cam to make about 400 at the wheels. 1600 for heads and cam not too bad. But adding up all the parts, man it was a lot more. Just bought the stuff today, I'm in for about 3500!

Valvetrain parts, gaskets etc.

Guys, I've got a 95 z28 that I have been using for DE's and modding step by step. First step was brake upgrade to c5 brakes, then suspension, next was upping the power a bit with lt4 hotcam and headers, bolt ons...makes 330 rwhp right now.

Well I just ordered a set of LE2 heads from LLoyd elliot with his LE2 cam, I am going to be looking at around 400-410 at the wheels. WHic will be good because I need a bit more power on the straights on the big tracks.

I am contemplating dabbling in AI and maybe some other amateur racing series...I know AI has a Weight/RWHP limitation.

I guess if you go over you can add ballast, but that would be a negative impact on handling and braking. So I guess the best solution is to lighten the car as much as possible and set the hp to the max...

Is it possible to restrict your engine with a restrictor plate when running Nasa AI?

Does anyone have a good guess at the weight of a 95 z28 m6 with the rear seat and all stuff (carpet etc.) in the rear removed?

Anyone use this cage? It says it is legal for Nasa and scca, can this be run in american iron?

http://www.ioportracing.com/Merchant2/merc...gory_Code=AP151

How difficult is the cage to install, and is it necessary to do any cutting of the interior etc?

thanks

Tim
