My 2001 Z28 daily driver started throwing lean codes. A check under the hood showed that one of the emissions rubber hoses/connectors developed a hole.
Using gasket maker and Gorilla tape, I sealed it off and reinstalled it. It probably won't last. Looking to buy one of these in good condition shipped to 15009.
Anyone have one of these? (Arrow pointing to it in this picture.)
The '01-'02s had electronic, 'drive by wire' throttle bodies, or are you using that (C5 intake??) pic as a reference???
My EGR/A.I.R. equipped '00 does not even have that little elbow tube on it.
I took this picture off a random website because under my hood, the picture didn't come out very well. That little elbow looks the same.
If it is between the intake and PCV valve, you can just use 3/8" hose. Or if it is the PCV valve boot, use adapter fittings to replace the POS/overpriced factory piece.
If you have a LS6 PCV (highly recommended) then the bend is too tight for off the shelf hose:

Otherwise I'd just buy some 3/8" rubber hose. I may have that line sitting around, but I'm not sure it would be in better shape than what you have.
When I get a chance, I will try to fab something.
This is what I did on mine, it helps to keep a lot of oil out of the intake, this is with the LS6 valley cover too.

Looks like an interesting approach. I need to have another look at it this weekend.
