The Southwest Division SCCA Double Divisional that is scheduled to be held at GGP near Houston, Texas on the weekend of June 23 is VERY lightly subscribed to at the present time. The event is being run as a double event, with a separate event on Saturday and another separate event on Sunday, both counting as points toward the Divisional championship.

Now, you don't have to care about the Divisional points, but with the low turnout that is registered so far, you can get TWO days of driving another Roger Johnson designed pair of courses. The courses are NOT just a single course run backwards, but two different designs. The course maps are posted online now.

While most Tours and Divisionals usually limit the runs to three per day, with the low turnout, there is no reason to believe there will be at least four runs allowed per day.

It should be fun in the sun, and seat time, seat time, seat time. Oh yeah, the GGP course is asphalt, in case that matters.

See you there.
