I have a quest to throw susp components back on and find sticky tires and pursue track days and autox again after years of aging and family.

but the knowledge is here...

couple of questions...

who was it years ago like 10 years that had a white ls camaro that would track it frequently... the int was gutted and had a little more hp but not monstrous in todays standards?

what happend to blaine fabs does he still have a site and do custom goodies?

So I've autox some now with front wheel drive and have hit a track with same car and bloody heck I'm over driving and scrubbing speed off via plowing.

It's like its second nature over driving the bloody car. I know I need to stop it but. The lines I try don't seem to be generating speed like overdriving the fwd car.

What is the proper tech for fwd? Is it really slow in and roll on the throttle more than an fbody?

Please anyone with fwd exp help out the idiot behind the wheel.

I know Im asking about a german car, front wheel drive turbo thats a paddle shiftable auto.

And being a long time troll and not regular member might get me banned but....

WHAT in the world does someone use it once for auto crossing in this type of car?

leave in drive and not paddle shift and try to keep the revs up to allow turbo to stay under boost(about 3K revs)?

try to paddle shift the auto and try to stay in boost (about 3K revs)?

Im NO Michael S but on the street the paddles are a blast but seem to lag... but again its the street and you cant push it and plow through turns.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I need some TLC items for an LS1 Camaro:

a leather wrapped steering wheel or good condition stock one

dash the front most part for the dash

and last drivers seat

Int color is the gray cloth, so if anyone has any items please let me know, I'm located in VA.

Also might be interested in some bigger sway bars front and rear if someone happens to have those laying around.

Thanks in advance.

Stats on the B4C is silver with gray int, automatic, 68K miles and mint ext but rough worn int. HAs a neat dome tap light available with red or std light, price purchase under 6K.

Greetings long time no post.

I just got tasked with looking into an older style 4.6 Mustang susp and heard of a home made 3 link rear susp setup. Anyone know what this is?

Maybe its lower control arms and a custom torque arm and no upper control arms?

My thoughts on the rear is a set of lower control arms with adj spring mounts and adj upper control arms, but this 3 link thing is interesting.
