Having never been to a CMC race before, can somebody tell me where I can find a schedule for this weekends CMC race at Beaver Run (assuming it hasn't been canceled/changed)? Specifically, what time do the races start each day? My wife and I are going to try to make it there to spectate at least one day over the weekend.

It would be there, but the links are dead for each event. Hmmm....

The CMC board has an events section and they are talking about this event here:

Also check the NASA regional website.

An information page will be posted here when it is available:

http://www.racenasa.com/

If this is the typical Beaver Run weekend, CMC will run in a group of other classes including Vette-Viper Challenge (VVC), American Iron/American Iron Extreme (AI/AIX)and possibly the Factory-Five Roadsters (FFR). In general, we practice early in the morning (8-9am) qualify late in the morning (11-12) and race early-to-mid afternoon both Saturday and Sunday.

I will be running my CMC Firebird (see sig) and my Dad will be running in a yellow C4 Vette in VVC in the same run group. Since he is a rookie and has to start in the back, he will eventually make it to me and it will be interesting. It sure was in June. :drive:

You and your wife should drop by our paddock space and introduce yourselves...

KeithO: Thanks, I will stop down and introduce myself if we make it to the races.

Is there racing on Monday, or is it just Saturday and Sunday? The CMC homepage says September 3/5.

There is open lapping and a 3-hour enduro race on Monday. My dad will be there crewing for a Viper but I won't be able to be there - too many home projects to work on.
