Stumbled across this car on LS1Tech, I know nothing further about it. Check the thread for photos.

Year: 1994
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $6000
Mileage: 0
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): AL
Color: Black
Transmission: Manual
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

I'm selling my '94 Z28 HPDE car. This car is a blast to drive. Great car to learn in! You won't find a car like this for 2x the money. It's had an LS1 swap from an '02 trans am, LS6 intake, long tube headers, custom exhaust and tune. Makes 338 RWHP & 382 ft lbs of torque. Has Baer big brake kit in front with hawk blue pads, stock rear brakes with hawk hp plus pads. Has a T56 6 spd. 2 sparco race seats and 5 pt harnesses. Auto power bolt in roll bar. Most of interior is stripped. This is a dedicated track car. Too much more to list. $6000

I found this on Tech, in case anyone is interested. I don't know anything further about it.

Is there a good reason to stick with an alternator which uses the rear bracket? I've read the trucks don't use the rear bracket, but is there value in using that bracket as additional mounting security in a vehicle which might see autox/HPDE use?

What would you pick and why? They show photos of the 350's on track but don't list the track or any specific times. I'd like to see Randy Pobst compare both 350's to the '16 Z28.

"Despite the Z/28's massive torque advantage, it's no quicker than the GT350R. They're pretty close to even—which is exactly what you'd expect given their similar weight-to-power ratios."
