I have decided to sell off my AIX car either everything at once or separately.
I put the right rear into the wall at Road Atlanta in December and have decided to buy a TA2/GT2 car.
Bent right rear quarter panel and pushed rearend about 2 inches to the left. Dented driveshaft. Destroyed front splitter. Ended my day early.
I don't want to fix the car and will either sell everything or part by part.
It will probably take me a while to inventory and list all the parts.

Engine has recent rebuild including new LSA block (essentially LS3 block with piston squirters)
Fbody pan, Improved Racing Baffle, Ross Pistons, AFR LS1 Heads, ATI Superdamper, Proform Polished Tall valve covers with coil relocation bracket, Wiring Adapters for sensors, Compstar Forged Crank, FAST LSX 92mm intake, Nick Williams 92mm Throttle Body, Air Box, Underdrive pulley on alternator, Turn One Power Steering pump, GZ Motorsports Vacuum Pump, QTP Stainless Steel Headers, etc. Mustang Dyno on 10/23/13 made 505RWHP and 471 ft-kb (Conversion to Dynojet should be 12-15% higher than Mustang)
Price: $9000.00 picked up in Birmingham.

Transmission is T56 with PPG Transmission conversion (http://www.ppgearbox.com.au/page.asp?productid=107)
Clutch is Torque Clamp (http://www.torqueclamp.com)
Purchased from MTI Racing
Price: $5000.00 Picked up in Birmingham SOLD

Stoptech Big Brake Kit (front) with Blainefab brake ducts. Includes Carbotech XP24 pads with 1 hour usage and XP20 pads about 75% pad. Also includes SS brake hoses and 2 extra hats and 4 extra (used) rotor rings.
Price: $1500.00 picked up

Unbalanced Engineering Suspension: Bilstein Race Shocks, Front coil over, 1000lb/in 2.5inx8in front, 450lb/in 5inx8in rear.
Price: $1000.00 picked up

I also have a rear wing, 8 CCW 18x11 wheels (4 with R6 with 1 weekend use, 4 with old R6-1 was damaged by wall, not sure if bent or not), Moser 12 bolt, (GM 10 bolt SOLD), both with truetrac, 2 Sparco Pro 2000 seats, full gauges, (oil trans and diff coolers SOLD). Accusump, (lexan windshield and rear window SOLD). Mounted rain tires.

Show up at my house with $13,000 and you can have all that is not sold, car and spares.

I'd rather not ship the big things, but I probably could work something out.

Thanks,
Tony Cook

Sorry to hear about the crash. Hope you came through uninjured. That's a pretty stout engine package. Hope it finds a good home.

Very sorry to hear about the crash and sale Tony. Sorry we'll be losing another all too rare 4th-gen, and an even rarer Trans Am. Two questions:

- who built your engine?

- How did you like the PPG conversion?

Engine originally from MAST Motorsports.

The original LS3 block developed a crack in the webbing of one of the main bearing supports. I had Performance Specialities in Birmingham rebuild the motor using a new LSA block I purchased from the dealer and new pistons, etc. I have been very pleased with the engine builder. I chose the LSA block since it is used for the supercharged motors and had piston squirters. Not scientific, but I thought it was worth the extra cost.

I have liked the PPG conversion after working through some original installation issues that were self inflicted. I have an offer for the transmission and he is planning to pick it up this weekend after I finish removing it.

Are you selling the Moser12 and/or GM10 separate? What kind of gearing in each, as well as mileage?

I have 2 Sparco Pro 2000 seats, manufactured in July 2003. One seat (seat #1) has tear in left shoulder bolster cover and small tear on right side as shown in photo. Both seats have bottom hole enlarged to better fit the antisubmarine straps. Seat #2 has no tears.
Seat #1 price is $175.

I want $2200 for the undamaged set of wheels with almost new R6 mounted.
Have yet to clean up the set with damaged wheel to decide on price. (been a little cold to wash wheels outside)

The decoupled torque arm would need a new mounting bracket that is welded to car. Not hard to make if you can weld. Unbalanced Engineering may sell you a mounting bracket by itself? I want $300 for the torque arm. I had to grind a little on it to make it fit the 12 bolt.

Thanks,
Tony Cook
