This one is making its way around the internet pretty well already, figured I may as well pass it along. Pictures are about halfway down the first page. http://www.solsticeforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33878 The details fairly simple and I'll save you from reading all the posts, the conversation turns ugly a few pages in. She was on her way back from a Solstice meet and decided to run the Tail of the Dragon. She dropped the right wheels off the pavement in a left hander, slid down into the ditch shown and up the other side, where the car rolled over driver side down. The pictures show a wet road but it was dry when she went off. Her arm was pinned between the headrest and the soft ground. Fortunately another Solstice was behind her and a group of bikers showed up shortly to lift the car so she could crawl out. Of course there was no cell phone service so it took 45 minutes to get a wrecker up there. After it was all said and done her arm was bruised very lightly with a handful of the worlds smallest cuts. I saw her 4 days later and her arm looked normal... go figure. It took her all of 5 days to buy another one, this time a full loaded GXP in the same color! |

Wow! I'm very glad she was ok. Looks like that car needs a real rollbar!

Howdy, Yeah, its good that she's ok. Hopefully this was a fluke accident and she really isn't as much of an idiot as I normally think people are that do this kinda stuff. Mark |

WOW!! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) Amazing that she walked away. I guess there's something to driving a car where the beltline is at your chin. |

Impressive, and lucky, she survived. I'm sure it'll make the front page of killboy.com
