I am considering the purchase of a small boat for my kid to commute 10 minutes to work at our marina instead of using the good boat or driving 45 minutes. We have a tinny with a 9.9 but I want something that will ride better in mild weather.
I am looking at an Edgewater 145 with a 40hp motor. My problem is that most good deals seem to be in Florida instread of up north where I am. Does anyone know of a way to cheaply move a 14ft boat and trailer from Ft Myers to Niagara Falls NY? Is there someone in the area that could look at the boat and see it running to advise me of condition? |
