SOLD
1999 Plymouth Breeze
2.0L 4cyl 5-speed manual
A/C, cruise, PS, PL, PW, Factory CD, keyless entry, alarm
*I've always got 25+mpg even in city. 35+ on highway.
*Adult owned. My in-laws purchased it new, used it to travel all over-it was to California last year. I'm the 2nd owner.
*NEVER smoked in
*new snow tires Yokahama Ice Guards, low miles on them-you can see the nubs in the pic. Rear tires also new snow tires, I forgotten the brand. I got these from discounttire direct, they ran out of the other brand. This thing is great in the snow...pretty much unstoppable w these tires!
*Runs/drives great.
*new front brakes
*new battery
*newer tie rod ends
*just had the water pump, timing belt and head gasket replaced. They checked the head and bottom end-didn't need service!
-Most of the high mileage problem pieces replace already.
This car has 161,500 miles on it. Mostly due to the long trips my inlwas took it on.

The BAD
-dent in rear passenger door (pic)
-small rust spot (a little bigger than a quarter) behind rear driver's side door (pic)
-inside trunk popper-lever-thing doesn't work, however, the key does
-uses small amount of oil (~1 quart per 3,000 miles) always has-Chrysler refused to fix, said it was "within tolerance". Doesn't leave spots, or smoke.

Mods:
*deleted trim and emblems! (it doesn't say Breeze any-where-any-moore - not the manliest car name)
*sweet steering wheel cover!
Seriously, this car is very nice. It would be hard to find similar condition in this price range. I purchased it as a winter car for last winter, and ended up keeping it through the summer(lots easier to haul car seats than the Z28). I'm only selling it now because I purchased a truck.

1st $1500 takes it.

Damn, I wish this would've been posted a couple weeks ago before I just threw money in my current beater.

Good luck with the sale.

Thanks
Yeah, I wish I would have posted it a couple months ago, before the water pump went out. I paid over $800 for the water pump, head gasket, timing belt and related parts/labor. Should be good for another 80,000 miles now (for someone else) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/banghead.gif) .

Coming to maryland any time soon? (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/banghead.gif)

If so I'd have this thing sold for you. My sister in law just wrecked her (nice) beater (by no fault of hers) and this car would really fill the bill!
