The Mustang my wife used to drive needs an airbag clockspring. I sold it to a buddy two and a half years ago and he is having a tough time locating one. Ford has discontinued the part, AutoZone, Advance, NAPA, ebay do not have it. Any good search ideas?

Bill

Depending on the model year, you may be able to find one here:
http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/ind...p;siteid=214120

EDIT: it appears you can't link directly to a search result on their site, but you can find it by using their make/model/keyword search.

This one's for 99-04.

Thank you. We found it. It seems odd that they have been deleted from the dealer's data base, (being a safety item), but that is a good site for OEM Ford parts.
