Anyone else from here going? I see FS has a bunch of Shelbys. I'll be either in DS or L1 with my WRX.

Kinda.... only without the intentional crossover in the middle. It's also called "mirrorkhana". (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

It looks like some spaces opened up in the last few days... probably cancellations from people who decided they can't make it after all.

If I got my head out of my butt earlier I would have been much happier...but I still had a blast =P

For the tour this weekend I have to additions to make.

1) Sticker on the windshield that says "LOOK AHEAD DUMBA$$"

2) 315 series hoosier's will stick to anything so I must add another sticker..."Hoosier's = No Brake"

I will be back for that event next year and anytime you want to drive the car Karen feel free to play with it.

John Crouse...the correct way to spell it =P
ESP 98 "Big Stupid Fun Car"

Also know any other ESP who want to show up in Atlanta...I mean we only have 2 cars =P

Little late,

But Karen, it was good seeing you... 'John', thanks for the ride, look forward to abusing it again in toledo.
If Mark M ever checks here, 2 weeks later, butt is still sore.....

I learned alot though, this format really puts home the need to run your own race, and NOT look over your freaking shoulder to see where the guy who is going to kick your ass anyway is... :-)

I like the event format.... I can see it being less fun for people who go out in 2 on Sunday, and wouldn't mind 4 runs morning and afternoon on Saturday if there was a way to squeeze it.

The biggest problem with the event is its own nature in 2 ways.... 45 second shot clock.... thats ages, but can't be changed. And the random controlled chaos that is Sunday, again, you don't know who wins each race, so you can't change that. All said, looking back, things were managed about as well as they could be.

Well run, good event...... I'm going to get a later flight next time so I can actually stay till the end.

-Jon
