This is what I sent out to everyone just now, but it can't hurt to make sure everyone sees it :

QUOTE
You are receiving this email because you are signed up for the Yokohama/Radial Tire Championship Event to be held this coming Sunday, October 5th, at FedEx Field, on Lot A.

The Autocrossers, Inc. day is split into two sessions : Morning (groups A and D for this weekend) and Afternoon (groups B and C). If you are in a morning group, you need to check in at registration before 9:15 and tech before 9:30. If you are in the afternoon group, you may check in and tech during the morning or during the afternoon session. "Afternoon" check-in runs from about 10:30--11:45 while tech is from 11--12. The morning drivers meeting will be at approximately 9:45. The afternoon drivers meeting will also include morning trophies (except ladies and novice classes). About 15 minutes after the afternoon session is finished, the afternoon trophies plus ladies class, novice class and the SSC-Tint PAX awards will be presented.

The final run groups are :

Group D (runs 1, works 2) : all Modified classes, all Prepared classes, STS, STS2, STX2, STU, FSAE
Group A (runs 2, works 1) : FS, GS, HS, ***STX, SM, SM2

Group B (runs 3, works 4) : ASP, BSP, CSP, DSP, FSP, all karts, Super Stock
Group C (runs 4, works 3) : AS, BS, CS, DS, ES, ***ESP

Non-Competition runs will be scheduled into heats in such a way as to keep things balanced.

You must check in before taking your car to tech. At check-in, you must show your current drivers license, and if you registered as an SCCA member, you must also show your current SCCA membership card. If you do not have your current SCCA membership card and you registered as a member, you will be required to pay the $10 temporary membership fee before you can run. These are not Autocrossers, Inc regulations; they are insurance and SCCA regulations.

Those paying the temporary membership fee should fill out the temporary membership form at check-in. This can be used as your receipt so you can get a $15 discount on a full membership should you later choose to join SCCA for the year.

Before taking your car to tech, please empty it of loose items, including floormats. The most notable failure point on street driven cars is a loose battery tie down, so please make sure your battery is secure. Painters tape numbers/class letters are okay, as long as they contrast with the color of the car. Numbers can not be shoe-polished on the windows. Please remember that numbers for single driver cars are to be 1-99, and a two driver car has the first driver somewhere between 1-99 and the second driver is that same number +100 (ie. 34/134). This makes it easier for grid workers to identify two driver cars.

Once your car is teched, you may take it to grid if grid is open for your group. Follow the grid workers' instructions for where to park.

Scheduled first car off for the morning session will be 10AM. Scheduled first car off for the afternoon session will be tentatively 12:30PM.

Please listen to day-of-event announcements regarding novice walk-throughs. If you need a ride-along or you need/want an instructor, please talk to any Autocrossers, Inc. member.

A few last other notes :

1) It's not going to be hot, but still bring fluids and sunscreen. There will be water available for workers, but it is not an unlimited supply, and it's for course workers. Please do not take water unless you are going out to work course.

2) Novice, ladies and pro class run with their respective classes. For instance, Novice-FS would run with the regular FS group.

3) Any last minute changes to class, car, etc. can be made at event check in.

4) Trophies will not be mailed or held for future events. If you can not stay for trophy presentation, please appoint someone to pick it up for you. You must be present to win an SSC-Tint PAX award.

If you have any questions, please email me, Brian Burdette (brianXL@mailforce.net) or Eric Kriemelmeyer (erichk@comcast.com). Supplemental Regulations for AI events are here : http://www.autoxinc.com/uploads/AI_supps.pdf and other FAQs are here : http://www.autoxinc.com/uploads/ai_faq.pdf .

See you on Sunday!
