As a consumer, you quickly discover the ethics and business practices of a company when an issue arises.
I would like to thank Carol (of Tbyrne) for her assistance in correcting an issue with an improperly manufactured clutch. Within minutes of my first contact with Tbyrne, Carol contacted the manufacturer and arranged for an overnight shipment of a replacement unit. Despite my dissatisfaction with the clutch manufacturer, I am extremely satisfied with the response I received from Tbyrne. I will not hesitate to make future purchases from Tbyrne. Sincerely, |
