Sponsors, banners and clean up work, Ok, I've been a bit lazy... Options

I finally sat down and took the time to clean up the sponsor banner bar, remove the various vendors who are no longer with us, fix (remove) the Jegs add that quit working when our hosting company moved us to a new server and straighten up the sponsor page and the sticky in the vendor forum. I still hate writing or fixing code (and I'm not exactly the best at it either), so I've been putting this off a bit too long.

Vendors, if your ad is missing and shouldn't be (I don't think I pulled anything I shouldn't, but I am human), please let me know. And everyone else please visit our sponsors, they take great care of us (and it's why we're still here). I tested all the links and they all work, but if you see something wrong, please let me know!
