Howdy,

Its time for me to move on to something else, most likely a z06.

'99 Chevy Camaro z28, dark blue, a bit under 70k miles. Prepped for ESP & track days.

Drivetrain:
LS6 intake, underdrive pulleys, MAC headers, AIR / EGR deleted / mild tune, Spec (?? I think) lighter weight clutch/flywheel, custom underbody dump exhaust w/bullet muffler, BlaineFab shift knob on a Pro 5.0 shifter, T2R rear diff

Front suspension:
Strano hollow front bar (35mm?), 700 in-lb springs, GW upper arms w/delrin bushings, koni singles, MJM heavy duty / rebuildable hubs ($1.5k+ for these alone!)

Rear suspension:
Hellwig 7/8" rear bar modified for more adjustability & rod ended endlinks, Fays watts link, 200 in-lb springs, 4th gen koni singles, Random tech torque arm, modified to use a rod ended front mount that keeps the original length but attaches to the chassis.

Interior / Chassis:
A/C & radio deleted, Grant steering wheel w/QD, accelerator pedal cover/extention, Corbeau Forza driver seat, FX-1 wide boy passenger seat, custom TT legal rollbar, four year old g-force seven point harnesses on both sides, Double diamond (or whatever they're called) SFCs mounted legally for ESP, fire extinguisher mounted to rollbar diagonal.

Wheels:
1 set of AFS 17x11, 21 lbs each, with Hoosier 315 A6's. 2 sets of random aftermarket 17x9.5s, one with street tires and one with Hoosier Koni challenge tires.

Brakes:
Hawk DTC-70 / HT-10 front/rear brakes for track, HPS front/rear brakes for autox. New front rotors and very good condition rear rotors.

In terms of spares / extras:
set of 175 in-lb rear springs
set of 600 in-lb front springs
Strano 7/8" hollow rear bar modified to be adjustable and work with rod ended endlinks.
Spohn rod ended panhard
spare calipers / rotors / hubs
Wilwood hub mounted (and thus illegal for ESP) front big brake kit
two spare rear end housings. One with 3.73 gears, drop brackets, and modified pumpkin vent, the other with 3.42s and drop brackets.
Spohn rod ended rear LCAs
Set of front LCAs with GW spherical bearing kit in pretty beat up condition.
Borla (??) catback (this might matter if the current exhaust is too loud. I don't think it will be, but this one for sure will be fine)
BlaineFab LS1 brake duct backing plates
stock front/rear bars
LS1 intake with removable EGR plug
factory a/c parts, AIR pump, Radio/speakers, and maybe some other crap like this.
Probably other crap I'm forgetting

Car took 2nd at the Toledo ProSolo and trophied (9th) at nationals last year. The nationals finish was despite me stupidly coning away my fastest first day run. Not that I'm bitter. :-) Locally the car is a top five pax contender day in, day out and is one of the faster cars that's been on the Wilson circuit. A local that's never sat in one before recently jumped in it and drove it to a 4th place PAX finish this year.

$11k or best offer. You can't come anywhere near building an ESP car this good for that amount of money. I'd consider a trade plus cash on my end for a 2002-2004 z06 or maybe a non-z06 c5 with the z51 suspension.

Howdy,

Car set the ESP record for the PHA at the Fall Jefferson event this past weekend with a newbie track guy (me) driving it. When I asked some experienced folks for some feedback based on the videos I recorded, I was told that I needed to brake later, carry a little more entrance speed, and get on the gas sooner, so who knows how fast it really could have gone! :-)

Howdy,

Sold.

FYI, if any of you other LS1 / ESP folks have a car for sale, I have a contact for you. They were quite disappointed that they were too late to buy our car.
