The black Hurst lever is probably off of Kens old 'n busted shifter, will fit any 4th gen $15
The B&M hammer head knob (with added lightness!) is off of Aeromaro, fits any 4th gen $20 includes jam nut

Hmmm... put those first 2 together for $30

The Hurst chrome stick is new, 8" tall 3/8NC knob thread. Summit $68.95 how bout $40 SOLD

Hurst classic 1.75" 4spd knob - new in box - Summit $28.95 How bout $15

Hmmmmmmm... and put those 2 together for $50

That tennis ball MAY have been swatted by Anna Kournikova.
