For sale is an LS1 long block from a '99 WS6. Nothing is broken but it could use freshened up with new bearings etc. I checked compression and got a max of 4% difference from cylinder to cylinder.

I pulled the head to check the bores,,, and they're beautiful! I have a Aluminum 5.3 that I'm planning to put in the car but I'm still temped to freshen up this one and run it. If no one buys it I'll build it next year.

I've decided to build this LS1 and sell my 33k mile 5.3L aluminum short block. LMK if anyone is intested,,,, it is a super clean motor and perfect for AI. It just needs the bores honed due to some slight water damage.

Long story...
I bought a 3rd LS motor... what a debacle. The LS1 is for sale again, just got cleaned at the machine shop, polished crank, new cam bearings. I'd let it go for $800. I also have a set of 799 heads (just like the LS6 243's) for sale $350 |

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Any chance you have a spare ls1 intake for sale? Or f-body oil pan? |
