For anyone who doesn't want to do all the calculations, 1 5/8" (1.625") pistons work great for 13" rotors on the stock master cylinder and I've heard that they do well with 12.25" rotors as well. Using a smaller piston gives better modulation then 1 3/4" pistons that most NASCAR/circle track cars run.

I just discovered this, those brackets are awesome! I'm interested but in researching the cost i can't find the SL4i calipers. I found the SL4R calipers but they are twice the price you talk about in the OP. I like to know exactly what I'm diving into before I leap.

There wasn't enough demand for the brackets. They were never produced, to my knowledge.

2 sets were made, one set is on my car and the other set is accounted for. I might have some of the "development" brackets still, not sure on quality would have to check if you are interested.
Calipers here: http://m.summitracing.com/parts/wil-120-11132. Currently $160ea My brother-in-law did the machine work and he recently changed jobs. Not sure if the cnc files still exists or he's interested in making any more of these or not. Probably not. |

I didn't realize this product never got off the ground. Too bad, best swap bracket i've seen or heard about. I can see how the specific fitment might have been a hinderance. If it were for LS1 f-body brake swap (since i already have the donor car) I'd be like "shut up and take my money" lol.
Stan, your brackets greatly appeal to me and i'd love to have some like that in my thirdgen but I'm a ways from my brake swap. Thanks for getting back to me. |

Guys, if any of you are looking for these wilwood calipers, I have 3 of them I can sell for cheap. Two used for 5 seasons on my CMC car, and one brand new one I kept as a spare. I also have the piston seal kit for them, so you can pop those in and they're as good as new. I think I may also have some spare bleeders for them as well:
