Did they have you start on the banking? I remember one time I tried to brake torque the launch on banking and it didn't turn out well. The back end just slid down.

No, the start was at the bottom both days, at the corner where the pit lane meets the main track.

yea, that 180 was a doozy ! It wasn't until my last group of runs that I decided to downshift into 1st gear coming off the turn (after going uphill, day 2) That worked better than trying to lug the engine through the whole rpm sweep in 1st gear.
It was also cool that almost everyone was finishing the last 200 feet of the course (that banked right hand straightaway) with the rear of the car kicked out and barely "drifting". Made for some sketchy finishes for some, but everyone kept it intact and worked it. |

It was a good equalizer and a lot of people hated it. |
