Such a simple idea with so much potential . . .

I've seen objects in mirror are about to disappear, objects in mirror just lost and the 'blonde" version, objects in mirror are behind you.

Yeh, I've seen those too, but this one seems so appropriate for a AI F body who races with about 20 other Mustangs and not much else.

Yea. Now, if they could just get it for the right mirror.....

Actually, I'd just like to have a real mirror for the right side and not the wide angle one. I can't see anything in that thing, it is too "small" to make the angle they used.

Once I lowered my seat I couldn't adjust my stock mirrors low enough to see behind me well anyway, so I added one of those stick-on mirrors on each mirror corner. Now, with my wide windshield mirror I can see just fine.

I will make that mod to my car the first time that I get a trophy position in an AI race... Might be a while.

Yeh Lonnie. It's from Brent's web site. I've noticed he has a lot more Camaro stuff than Firebird stuff though. Do ya think that could be partly because he's owned Z28s and not Firebirds?

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

In my car I use the stock side mirrors....the drivers one is REALLY loose...when driving it just VIBRATES THE HELL OUT OF IT....sometimes I only look for a flash of color in it before turning down... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

The previous owner removed the "objects in mirror may be closer than they appear" and put on in tiny little stickers:

"Objects in mirror are more STABLE than they appear"

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Needless to say......I left it on!

I always thought "objects in mirror are slower than they appear" was a good one :drive:

"objects in the mirror are slower than they think"
Seen that once and I was (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) hysterically.

I saw it last year for the first time, and it is a great one.

I'll throw my favorite in-
"Objects in mirror no longer matter"

Saw that on a sportbike something like 15 years ago. I've remembered it ever since.

I have a pic of someone's (4th gen F-body) left rearview next to my desk with "objects in mirror are getting their a$$ kicked" on it.

My fave.
