Quick story. I'm doing the Bob Bishop brake upgrade in the spring (my snow tires are 16") when I pull the snow rubber off. My Hawk HP+ pads are finally dead. I really hate to buy a new set of pads for winter use for a few months or less and wondered if anyone had a set of leftover (unloved) LS1 pads that they'd part with for the cost of shipping. If not, I'll head to the store, but I'm going to "toss" them in about 2 months.....
Just thought I'd ask. |

I do. I'll shoot you a PM. I also have a set of PBR Metalmasters with little wear. I didn't like them so I swapped them out.

QUOTE (bruecksteve @ Jan 13 2005, 11:13 AM) Too bad, I have a set of HPS pads for a LT1 that I don't need now. Ebay is your friend....or post them up here. Someone may want to try them for "cheap". If they like them, they may buy fresh ones later on (once those are dead), but they may not want to spring for a fresh set as an experiment. I bet you'll get something for them. Better yet, sell them for $625 with a free set of wheels...... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/2thumbs.gif) |
