... from the AM practice at Sebring has Lou in the 7th position less than 2 seconds behind the leaders. Tom is 16th, just over 4 seconds behind, after his first session. Another practice this evening. Qualifying tomorrow and racin' on Friday. Wish I was there.

Here's the link to the Live Timing & Scoring for the event.

... 2nd practice just finished.

Lou finished 5th, behind the two Caddies, a Viper and the 'Wolf'.

Same link above will take you to the scoring sheet.

Qualifying tomorrow. Hopefully everyone will be 'sorted' by then.

hmmm, I wonder if the Caddies are sandbagging a bit...looks like Viper has been taken up a notch this year......all seem to be placing several spots higher than last year....Lou STILL needs to move up a couple of spots....

As for Wolf....I dare say soon we will see he should be in a class by himself......he SMOKED EVERYONE at BOTH Sears and Laguna.........SMOOTH driver......QUICK car... :drive:

... compared to last years race results, the practice numbers from yesterday are right in line.

Lou ran a 2:13:2 in the '04 race. In practice yesterday he ran a 2:13:5.
Archer ran a 2:12:1 in the '04 race. In practice yesterday he ran a 2:12:5.

...yeah, but I heard rumors that test day times for some cars were LOWER than last years times......either it was wrong, or teams have learned A LOT about sandbagging from last year.... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

... not sure, but comparing to last years race times to their practice yesterday, they could be holding back alittle.

...'course qualifying was cancelled today due to heavy rain and standing water, so everyone will line up tomorrow in the order of the combined practice times.

Looks like the 'Wolf' will lead the pack.

....I would get VERY used to hearing that.....pretty much week in and week out....

Can we talk about the results now that the race is over?

The live timing and scoring wasn't all that good, but at least I could see basically what was happening. A little commentary would have been nice.
