I don't want to crowd chassis/susp tech with a vendor request. However, does anyone know of a source besides global west that sells the plain non del a lum upper control arm? '93-'02 of course

I got mine from Paul at Thunder Racing. Not 100% sure if they still carry them, but worth checking out. If they carry something I need I always try to go through these guys. I've never once got jacked around which is more than i can say for some other vendors I've used.

I thought I remembered them carry the GW arms, but they aren't listed anymore. Maybe I'll make a call. If ESP doesn't work out to our liking the GW arms are going on.

I just bought a used set with Del-a-lum bushings in them. They are laying in my garage waiting on me to get inspired and buy balljoints and install them....or decide I don't need them. I'm wondering how much noise they will make (those bushings rotate real easily, I wonder if they will rattle?).

Year One does. I don't know anything about the vendor, but it lists the GW arms on its site...

i only have about 5k km's on mine, but no rattling or difference in noise that i can detect so far compared to the factory rubber bushings.

I've noticed no noise at all. One of the better mods that you can make.

Well, as long as I don't sell the car and buy a truck (which I've pretty much talked myself out of), I should be putting them on soon.

Because they have such a crappy customer service record. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) (About as bad as ground-control)

I've had good luck with them also. Only problem I had was driving out to there shop one time. Got there, but they failed to mention that they had moved. Duh....

Otherwise seemed pretty helpfull and my uppers arrived next day after ordering.

I've got about 10K miles on them (daily driver) and no problems to report. I've added grease about 4 times.
