Long story short, tree branch falls on car at office, no dents but a lot of paint damage to my car and another co-workers. Employer says we're not responsible for what happens to your car in the parking lot talk to the property management company. Property management company says they are not responsible for acts of God talk to your insurance company. Insurance company claims they aren't responsible either, I can claim on my policy but I'll have to pay my deductible and risk a rate increase.

This sucks, the only thing I did wrong was park in my assigned spot. Anyone know of a Johnny Cochran look-a-like? I figure that if a little old lady in Albuquerque can extort a million from McDonald's over spilling hot coffee, a new paint job for a Camaro ought to be worth at least a few thousand.
