Thats the same weekend as the Larry Park memorial autocross in Atwater. I would love to see what buttonwillow is like, but I don't think my 3rd gen is ready for the heat of Buttonwillow yet.

Atwater is equally as hot! C'mon on out and play on the big track! I'll bet they don't have a nice big air conditioned building you can cool off in Atwater! Besides, you just may be the first to see the new 4th gen CMC car in action!

Ooo... 4th gen? So you won't be shaking it down next weekend at T-hill in addition to the 3rd gen? (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

CMC West just got back from racing at Buttonwillow last weekend, our next race is at Sears in August. I will be teaching for NCRC and running in an exhibition race this Friday June 24th at Thunderhill - in the third gen. I am VERY excited about the 4th gen!

Not a bad assumption...they have split us up in race groups somewhat this season. CMC is always with American Iron though! Sometimes we also run with SU (Super Unlimiteds), ASC (American Stock Cars) and Pro trucks. At Buttonwillow we ran with the Pro Trucks and they were really cool to run with.
