i want to know where i can donate money for the hotel. id gladly send 50 their way if they can go through with that.

heard today that Freeport, TX last friday less than 24 hours after the ruling began the process to take two seafood businesses out in order to sell it to a private developer out of dallas so he can build a marina. those businesses have been there for 50 years and were built from nothing into what it is today. very sad indeed.

screw any of these pro sports teams with the multi-millionare owners wanting to use tax money to build a stadium that does not help the local economy with tax revenue. studies have been done that show they have no affect even during huge events like the super bowl.

Logan Darrow Clements is a funny guy! Hope more people try that, eventually a town will vote yes.

Sgarnett- Yeah, I want to go to NZ for the sheep. Not kidding, but not for the reason you suggest. This great country of ours is so bogged down by the religious minority, that genetic engineering is hampered. Why do you think NZ is the hotbed for the next technological leap?

Imagine where we would be if our aerospace development was hampered 60 years ago 'cause God never intended us to travel through the heavens?

This country sucks unless you have deep pockets and can buy votes. Before anyone chimes in with the "love it or leave it" BS, I'm doing both. I love it and will leave it. Plan is 3 years. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/burnout.gif)

The stadium moving to Arlington really hacks me off. The cowboys have a really nice training facility in Irving, a good stadium in Dallas, why do they really need to take a bunch of buisnesses and homes away from people half an hour away? Is it a good idea to let the buildings they already have rot and lie empty. It scares me to think I could buy a house and then have it taken from me.
