the company that does the hosting is responsible for backup... but after several letters/notices of non-payment, they disconnect it.
After awhile, if still not paid, the whole thing gets flushed... Guess what happened ? hint: re-read what I just said. Someone stops paying for a service that keeps on being delivered for free... at one point, they get the plug pulled. He just didn't back himself the db before he did again the same thing he's done several times... ie, screw ISPs. |
