Just the highlights...

Lost a PS pump in T8 at 110mph (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) It would cutout in every turn for 2 sessions.

Drove 3hrs to get a new pump, had a tread seperation at 65mph and allmost went off the road in my friends girlfriends car. The car doesn't look so good now, but i'm alive!

Set a new best at 1:36.984 on the first day with the pump cavitating! I run a consistant 1:37.5 on a clear track on day 2.

The car is 3454 3/4 tank, and 3649 with me and gear.

The new trailer worked great, and the old RV did to (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I couldn't get the car to run 180(stock Rad 85deg day) until i turned the fans off and taped up the opening some(i have hardware cloth under the nose) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/2thumbs.gif) Randy and Alan(blain) for your sugestions on move the coolers and the sealing of the Rad.

And I found out don't pass the lead imstructor in his modified M3, he gets mad and says my car is faster, yeah right!

What a weekend (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

So what shift point where you using on the new light? Or are you gonna find this motors demon and bring it out (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I lost time to a pump and rack one day,I have a spare w/pulley and a spare pulley just in case now.

Interesting for sure John(the instructor M3) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif)

Wish I could break something... jealous (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I'm sure i will have many more part runs (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I was doing 65mph when the LR tire let go, it jerked right and for a split second i was stearing at the desert (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I had the light set at 5400, and was hitting it in T2a & b/T3. I fixed it by staying in 4th through 2 and using alot more brake into 3 :drive: I did however missed 2 shifts in the same spot(3rd to 2nd) and tested the motor really good (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

I didn't lose time with the steering problem, i set my best time ever when the steering was at it's worst! I don't know why or how!

Good times John! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif) I would love to run that track December or January, maybe the temps would ease down to the 70s around that time! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

It was a perfect 85 last weekend Julie (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/cool2.gif) In Dec/Jan it will be 30degs with a 25mph wind (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I will see you at BRP on the 8/9 right? My wife wants to try HPDE1(if she can get the weekend off) and it would be so cool if you were her instructor :drive:

I will be at Buttonwillow then yes! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I am not a NASA instructor tho, they want you to instruct on your race days and that is too much IMHO. I am happy to chat with her and give her some tips, just c'mon over!
