It's time to clean out some of my Ebay finds and other pack-rat stuff:
1 pair of Hypercoil 550x2.5"x10" coilover springs, new in box $80 1 pair of Hypercoil 525x2.5"x10" coilover springs, used, powdercoat scuffed up (especially inside), but springs are fine $60 1 pair of Coleman coilover sleeves for 2" shocks (2.04"ID), new in box with extra pair of lower perches. I also have a pair of the conical upper hats (NOT suitable for use over Koni adjuster). I am not recommending these for use on 50mm shocks, but some people do it. They are intended for 2" circle track shocks. $20 1 pair of BMR aluminum adaptors to run stock-style front springs on coilover sleeves, new in box, VERY strong. Unlike some other BMR stuff, these are if anything OVER-designed. They are made to fit a bare spring, but the stock plastic lower spring seat could be used if you round the bottom edge of the plastic a little. I bought these to use with a set of G2 springs, but went another direction. They are specifically made to fit QA1 shocks, but should work with other coilovers. $50 Various V6 and V8 stock springs, front and rear, let me know if you're looking for something, FREE, take them before I use them for welding practice. Prices do not include shipping. This post has been edited by sgarnett: Oct 15 2005, 01:33 PM |

Would any of the stock springs be the SLP/Eibach's Sean?
Looking to get 60lbs of spring rate for cheap (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |

No, nothing exotic. I did have thoughts of trimming them a little at one time.
I did that on my 96 v6. I bought a set of LT1 springs cheap and cut 2/3 coil off the fronts. The result was about what I was looking for at the time. This post has been edited by sgarnett: Oct 15 2005, 12:59 AM |
