... on a 5 day Christmas Holiday?
Get the flu.

Sux to be me.

Feeling a little better now, but I certainly have wasted 2 very much needed work days in the shop. I've been living through the internet for the last 3 days ...

I'm just trying to make others miserable reading my whines.

ME TOO!!!

How bad is to know you could be hanging out in the garage but can't hardly muster enough strenth to get off the couch. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Oh well. I have next week off so I may still have time to get some things done.

Thought I made it this year....then started to get a sore throat at dinner Xmas eve....and it has gotten worse each day since!!

Well....at least my Cal Bears won, and the Warriors and Sharks are playing well.....TV is my life now! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Well, I didn't get the flu, but I did throw my back out. So in a way, I have still been bed ridden.

Oh man .... not sure which is worse!

On my 15th wedding anniversary, I booked a trip to Red River, NM for a week.
On the way up, I strained my back. I told the wife it was HER luggage!

I had 3 friends last year that took the shot, and not 5 days later came down with the flu.....makes since right (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Yeah...I avoid the flu shot now.....two years ago, my company was giving out free shots....I figured "what the heck".....3 days later, I got VIOLENTLY sick so fast, I had no warning.....I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO SICK IN MY LIFE....I went to work..2 hours later I was too weak to drive home!!!! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

Lasted at that level for 3 more days...

NEVER AGAIN!

Well, I've been off all this week and have all next week off too. So far I've spent 2 days in the garage this week (maybe 3-5 hours each day) and have finished my rear suspension upgrades and have rebuilt my right front suspension (GW upper arms, new balljoints on upper and lower, 600 lb/in GC springs). Tomorrow I plan to do the front left suspension and next week will install the LS1 driveshaft, driveshaft loop, and ES tranny mount. If I can work it out I'll be getting some help installing the lexan windshield late next week, but my Mom is coming to town, so that may not happen.

I still need to take off that BMR panhard and check out those poly bushings, or better yet just get the LG alum. panhard rod. His 25% off sale is still going on right?

Feel better everyone. I got mine real bad about a month ago. I'd rather go through a root canal than that again.

Well, I've had the funk for eight days. I think the last couple of days it has been accompanied with a sinus infection. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) A thousand things to do around here on my few day off and not up to even getting on the internet. Oh, it was 67 degrees here today (about thirty degrees above normal). Good thing I've got inventory this week to help me get over this. Geez, you guys stay away from me for a few more weeks! Hope all of you are feeling better by now.

I've been "lucky" to only have bronchitis & a sinus infection. Seems to be a late year ritual for me, as I've had this happen the past 5 years.
