I was just playing around with Windows Moviemaker and made this clip of the start of my last race. This is Summit Point, in my CMC Firebird. Camera position isn't the best, and video quality isn't great, but thought I'd put it up for a while if anyone wants to watch it.

COOL!

I was about to ask if you ever paid back the Crapstang for the bump and run....but then I saw the OBVIOUSLY skilled driver take himself out!

You definately need a HIGHER camera position though.... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/2thumbs.gif)

Maybe I should add some comentary so no innocent bystanders get accused of anything (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

The bump was actually from a Factory Five Cobra, and I saw a sequence of photos that barely show what was happening. It really seems like just a racing incident, although the Cobra driver was just a little over eager in the first turn. Not a big deal in the end.

The Mustang that got by because of the bump is a really fast CMC car. I think someone other than the normal driver was piloting it, and he's not a bad driver as far as I know. He was probably just driving it like his own AI car. Oops!

Yeah, I need the cam up a lot higher. I just threw it in there without much regard for the position. Next year I'll get much better footage.

... that was a great week-end, and a great two days of racing.
