... from a week long business trip. Out thru Denver to Albuquerque, NM. Then fly over to Midland to drive down to Lajitas, TX and back to Midland. Then finally out thru D/FW into Wichita, I finished in Ashland, KS before coming back to MD.
I finally downloaded the pix from VIR and found this one the most notable. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) This post has been edited by PF Flyer: Feb 26 2006, 08:10 PM |

Reminds me of a track day at WGI October two years ago. We had 3 snow bursts, the largest of which left a quick 1/2" of snow/slush. Ran into a whiteout comming off the esses and heading toward the bus stop. Kind of spooky at 100+ with traffic ahead and behind and no flag stand visible. Made it in safely though. You should have seen the faces of the novices waiting in grid... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)
