Hi,
Looking into the possibility of getting these: http://www.arizenracingsports.com/ http://www.arizenracingsports.com/page/arizen/CTGY/Seats http://www.arizenracingsports.com/Camaro-pics.htm (IMG:http://www.arizenracingsports.com/images/SS-logo-sm.jpg) (IMG:http://www.arizenracingsports.com/images/2000CamaroZ28.jpg) (IMG:http://www.arizenracingsports.com/images/2000CamaroZ28-2.jpg) Any comments on them ? They are Recaro Speed replicas and offered in leather as I want. The other alternative I have is to buy used SRD and upholster them i nebony leather... but that might be a bit pricier, but I would be getting real Recaros and helping a board member. What would you guys do ? In the end I want seats with better support and in leather. |

They are not racing seats - the hole is too high for shoulder harnesses, and there is no hole for the antisub. The shoulder bolster is higher than usual on this seat - a customer had a similar shaped Recaro, and the shape of the shoulder bolster pushed the OEM belt up onto the drivers neck - it was horribly uncomfortable and he sold the seat.
Definitely sit in one and check fitment with OEM belts before buying. |

(IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/charkrunge/carseats/bothseats.jpg) (IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/charkrunge/carseats/seat2.jpg) (IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/charkrunge/carseats/seat1.jpg) (IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/charkrunge/carseats/closeup1.jpg) (IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/charkrunge/carseats/seatbottom.jpg) (IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/charkrunge/carseats/backofseat.jpg) once finished, they'll be matching leather with rest of car and SS emblem on each one of them. |

I'm still going to want a ride in your car someday....now that you're getting my brakes..my seats...and possibly some suspension parts in the future (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

In the other hand, I'd like to meet you in person whenever I'll decide to do the 5000 km drive west. |
