How about this one:
http://www.stainlesssteelbrakes.com/vehicles/view/94 I can't stand the way it looks, but man, if there is something that can be done to a car, this guy has done it. He's a local here, must have won the lotto or something. Car must weigh close to 5000lbs. |

I feel guilty, dirty and just plain wrong for kind of liking that first one. The second one is something else......lol
Of course the minute I saw the first one I though of cutting out the "grill" for a front breather conversion, taking out the upside down civic headlights in the front bumper for a huge brake duct, or maybe an oil and trans cooler, and changing the hood to pull air out instead of in. The wing, I automatically wondered if it could be made functional with a bit more mods. Thought you guys would appreciate the pics LOL This post has been edited by v7guy: Jul 21 2006, 12:32 AM |

K.I.S.S. is the only way to go for me, but i can appreciate the artistic side of those cars. The only thing i don't like about cars like those, is the attitude that the owners generally have.

SOMEbody SOME where is gonna build a show car out of a 3rd or 4th gen and have the hatch hinge on one of the sides (like many folks do hoods).
I attend SEMA every year and just know that one year I'll see it. I just pray it is done tastefully (a long shot I know, but still...). Costas cars and such... |
