What a pig ...

It feels heavy, cumbersome and sluggish. Can you believe that?

I was on a service road and the entrance to the freeway was a nice downhill "S" shape.

I bailed off into it and thought the car would never turn. I kept turning the wheel and turning it ... finally, it seemed to respond ... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

It seemed to rev really quick, but I just wasn't going anywhere. I didn't feel the acceleration in my butt ...

And you thought the stock F-Body shifter was bad ...

Finally ... what a royal PITA to get into the back seat. Once you get the proper sequence of levers and buttons depressed to get the front seat out of the way, the seat front passenger seat belt becomes a hangman's noose. There is no elegant way to get in or out of the back seat. Prepare to be laughed at. Once back there, there was plenty of room for an adult (singular).

The ride was awesome and the interior was great. Nice seating position, plenty of leg room and lots of seat adjustment for you long-legged types. Instruments were nicely laid out and easy to find the information I wanted.

Styling ... it boils down to personal preference. I'm OK with it ... the wife really liked the styling.

Overall ... it needs some work. And for the price ... the work ought to be included ...

OK, so it needs shocks, heads, and a cam. Admit it - we'd change them sooner or later anyway (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Still, it's kind of a relief to NOT read "awesome - gotta get one" or something like that, since it isn't an option anyway.

I have seen some of them driving around. I am really disapointed that they called it a GTO. It looks like every other car on the road. One of my favorite cars was the 67 GTO. It was a very distinctive car, it did not look like every other car on the road. The new one is a nice car, but not a GTO.

Maybe a lot of that will be corrected when the Judge comes out.

The local dealership just got a Red one a couple of weeks ago.

Nice car....and I wouldn't mind it for a daily driver, but the styling is on the bland side for me to get overly excited about it.

Still like the fact that is a 4 passenger, RWD car.
