I have a comp cams XE 224/230 LT1 cam with the long dowel pin for vented opti cars. The cam had just over 10K miles on it when I pulled it out two weeks ago. I'll include a set of Comp 987 valvesprings with about 15K miles... for FREE. Specs are 224/230 .536/.544 @ .050" (with a 1.6 rocker) 112 LSA. My car made 366 rwhp with this cam and ported heads / headers / bolt-ons... and probably could have made a bit more with larger injectors. Good cam. I've been running the same one (except on a 114 LSA) for the past 21K miles with many autocrosses and track days. It made 358 in my car and 370-something in a couple of friend's cars (with heads and headers).
