The building Spohn uses to make everything, has just been burned down! Steve Spohn was on TV but did not say anything except they were going to be 'offline' for a while.
If you have an order, be advised it may be a while until they can get back to you!

That's horrible. Spohn is one of the F-body aftermarket companies that actually seems to care about more then just drag racing and it's sucks that they'd suffer a problem like this.

Hopefully, they get covered for any loss and come back good as ever.

SOUTH LEBANON TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Fire investigators said there was no working sprinkler system in the Lebanon Valley Business Park complex that was damaged by fire on Wednesday.

Fire officials said the former Alcoa building had an operating sprinkler, but when the building was sold in 2002, the new owner had the system turned off. Some of the five businesses in the complex sustained heavy losses.

Fire investigators said the blaze started in the Gros-Fillex warehouse, where plastic lawn furniture was stored. The company estimates it lost 30-40 percent of its stock for next season.

Steve Spohn and his father, Gordon Spohn, said they were fortunate. Their automotive business only has water damage thanks to a precaution they took before the fire reached their doors.

"The metal fire doors that are here -- we closed. We think that's what saved our shop," said Steve Spohn.

The owner of the complex hopes to rebuild. The fire marshal said it may take a while to find the cause.

Public service announcement- Make sure you have a couple fire extinguishers in your home, garage and place of business. Sometimes these things can be avoided with the right equipment.
