Anyone know of any companies that would be able to move a 24' enclosed trailer (with vehicle inside) from NY to TX?

Wondering if I should take the easy way out and take the flight instead of trailering it down myself.

You can crash in Ohio for the night if needed (depending on the schedule, but more than likely).

You need to PM me about doing this.

On the surface, it seems like a great idea. However, there are a few "landmines" you need to be aware of ...

How about sharing some of them in brief with the group. I can imagine several.

Nah, trailer it down, it's not that rough of a trip really and I didn't even stop at anyones place. Done it twice in 6 months now. It's a fairly pleasant ride... although I suspect the feline variety that calls kevins place home may make it "interesting". But you probably already know that.

I drove 1600 miles each way to Denver and back this year for the Denver Pro, got there on Friday and left on Sunday. So I think I can make this one way trip of 1700 miles, especially since I am having hotels and food paid for I can take my nlike when I normally drive straight-through.

Got word that mileage and hotels, per diem is approved, I must travel at least 400 miles each day (easy for me) so my stops look like 1. Columbus 2. St Louis 3. Oklahoma City and 4. Final Destination - Lubbock, TX

I introduce "The Natives". (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) (Left to right: Barley, Midnight, Kitten and Murphy)

Barley was Big Enos's favorite, all 20 lbs of her. Mitch was Midnights favorite (though he looks so peacful when he's sleeping), kitten is just kitten and Murphy is the friendliest cat you'll ever meet and just as talkative.

And, by the way, Barley is modeling a torque arm from our sponsor UMI in a matching shade of black that nicely sets off her green eyes.....
