Dodge is running a bunch of money off of the Ram 1500's right now and that's got me about convinced to go buy a tow vehicle, strip mine, dump it, and buy a project car/race car/etc. To do this, I'd need the following.

Cheap is good, free is even better. I'm looking for stuff to trade it in with, so "functional" is pretty much the only requirement.

Front LS1 calipers, rotors, PAB's, pads and hoses.

Stock 4th gen front sway bar (off of anything) with bushings and brackets if possible.

Stock driveshaft (1 piece, steel or aluminum, one from a 3rd gen works too).

Stock front upper control arms with balljoints.

Rear seat (ebony leather) and seatbelts (I have some lined up, but I don't know if I can get them quickly enough).

So, who's got leftovers?

I know I got the swaybars and should have all the bushings and endlinks if needed and still have the bracket that mount to the frame.

I will look to see about the upper arms.

I would just ask for shipping cost.

I have a perfect "taupe" leather back seat upper. Probably has never been sat it, and has been bagged up for years. I gave the lowers to Nick Runyon.

PM me if ebony = taupe.

I am 99% sure I have a stock front bar with hardware in the garage also.

I have a stock, steel driveshaft with brand-spanking' new Spicer u-joints in it. It was also balanced after removal. It's yours if you can figure out a way to get it...

...I have swaybars, too...

I have the brakes (calipers, hoses, rotors, pads). I also have the rear seat back and buckets (and belts), but I can't remember if ebony = gray. Taupe is like beige or tan.

How soon would you need this stuff? I'm in Denver CO and won't be home until next Saturday.

Ebony is more like charcoal - as opposed to pure black. Grey would likely be too light.

Yeah, I'd have to look at the interior codes again to double-check what my car has. I know it ain't black! (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Cal had some seats for me too, but I haven't seen him in a while. Rob, you've got time. If I do what I'm thinking of, it would probably be before the end of the year. I'd still have to strip the car (in the cold). Then I might be having a serious garage sale..... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

For (I think) most of the fbody 4th gen production run, the blackish interior was graphite, a dark gray. For the last couple of years, they changed to "ebony", a darker gray.

That sounds right. I have a rear seat delete kit from an earlier car and it's too light. My interior is darker.

I've got one PAB (was/is Chuck's) and lightly used front rotors.
May be more to ship rotors than it's worth.

Keith's driveshaft is too good to put on a car thats getting traded. I have a spare 3rd gen with original u-joints. However, the driveshaft in my car also has original u-joints and could use a balancing.

I think a driveshaft might fit inside one of those tubes new carpeting comes on.

I'm still debating if I trade it or stuff it in the garage until spring and actively try to sell it then. I do run the risk of getting stuck with it if I can't sell it, but I'd think it would be an easy item to sell in the spring time. I could go either way.

Sadly, with the cost of LS1 rotors, it's probably cheaper to ship them than buy them new.

Pad abutment bracket. Holds the pads as well as the slides for the caliper.
