Thanks Larry!

It's a good car. I've raced it a few times in FS.

How is it on camber? Do you remember? Thanks again Larry.

This is exactly what I was looking for and since the selfish bastard here who were considering selling have all decided to keep their hard top six speed's I had to go looking elsewhere (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Jason, did you pick this up? I actually was fortunate enough to find a 2001 SS hardtop 6-speed. Got a good deal on it too, with low miles. Pewter, hardtop, black roof and totally un-molested.

Good luck on the car search if its still on. Guess the LT1 SS was never recovered eh?

No, my SS is still MIA.

I did pick this one up. 92K miles, the only options were Hurst, PS pump cooler, rear window defroster, and Monsoon. The previous owner also added Koni DA's and a 35mm ST bar along with two spare sets of wheels (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I expect its first event with me will be the GRA event at the end of May. I just changed the oil and tranny fluid today.

Thats pretty cool.. The one I got is an SS with no SLP options, but its a hardtop M6 car with 67k on the clock. I saw it and couldnt pass it up.. Hell, I really wasnt even in the market when I bought it!

I just put my corvette brake kit on it along with Caseys old coil overs and my rear Koni DA's. I still need to swap my tracklink over and panhard, but as it sits, its a great daily car.

Speaking of suspension, would I be able to get some new front springs through you for my coilovers? Im looking for something a little softer and more blanced. I think that it has 650's now and would like to match it better to my rear LT1 hotchkis rear springs.

Good luck with the new car man.

You can pick those springs up anywhere. If you go softer than 650, you will want 10" long springs instead of the 8" 650's you have. You could also pick up some stiffer rear springs with weight jacks as well. Drop me a note off line and I'll shoot you some rates.
