i hope this post isn't too out of line for this forum- I know there are a lot of fellow Texans here that may be able to help-- i am also open to oppurtunities out of state

Things got slow at work, really slow- So now i'm looking for a new job.

If you guys happen to know of any companies that need a well qualified welder, i would appreciate the lead.

my qualifications:
AAS - Welding Technology
Tig Welding
Stick Welding
Mig Welding
Flux-Core Welding
Robotic Welding/Programming
Extensive Blueprint reading experience
Considerable drafting experience with Solidworks and Auto CAD
7 years supervision experience

That's not out of line at all. Car guys know welders and welding shops in many cases, so it's a perfect choice to me. I'm ok with it and I hope it helps you find something.
