I've been trying to mount an accusump in my Z28 project for entirely too long now. I've finally had it and I'm buying an electric valve. In the process of trying to mount this thing, I've purchased both the standard manual valve and the remote manual valve (pull cable operated) kit that Alan Blaine showed me. Since I don't need them, they are now for sale. The remote kit has some ARP thread sealer on it and it was screwed into my accusump, but it has never had oil in it. It's "almost new in the box". The manual valve was opened, I bent the handle slightly and realized it wouldn't clear and put it back (I didn't bend it far and it's nothing I'd worry about).

Remote manual kit $80 retail, asking $65+ freight (unless I can get a 10 foot cable ordered for it tomorrow, then I might keep it). SOLD!

Standard manual valve $11.25 retail, asking $8+ freight

Or, pick up at Mid Ohio at the NASA nationals. 2thumbs.gif

I also have the 25 psi electric valve upgrade parts. I bought the electric valve with the upgraded pressure switch that they consider the "racing" version. I'm only running the switch and not the pressure switch part. They sell the pressure switch as an upgrade kit for about $65 (mail order prices) and it's about $38 with the valve as a whole kit. So, I'm asking $35 plus freight for the upgrade parts to convert your standard electric valve to a pressure sensing valve.
