I am interested in one set but need to know what the stock spring rate is to make a determination which would be
better for me.

750 came stock in IROCs and WS6's.

V6's got ~350 lb/in.

There was a bunch of rates in-between.

What is better for you depends on what you are doing with the car and how it is balanced currently. My IROC pushed so I went w/ the 600's for a period of time since factory springs are cheap ~$55/set. Herb Adams told me to put in V6 springs! But knowing what I know now I wouldn't have done that. the 750's will probably be better for most handling applications.

thinking this through more it will be tough to come ahead after paying for shipping. Price is negotable.
