Hello.

I am new here, and I thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Jeff Diederichs, I have a 1999 V6 M5 Camaro. I recently bought the car, and it had many upgrades done by the previous owner. The car is street driven primarially, but I plan on beginning SCCA Solo as soon as I relocate back to Tucson next month.

Modifications include CIA Headers, Borla catback exhaust, whisper lid, cold air intake. Hurst short shifter. Suspension mods are tubular rod end (I plan to remove these and replace with urethane ended LCAs from LG Motorsports), Eibach springs (the car is about 1.75" lower than stock), Bilstein shocks, 32mm front and 19mm rear swaybars, and stock rims with 245/50 16 Kumho Ecsta ASX tires.

The car also came with a rod/urethane adjustable PHB, but I will be selling that, and getting a version more suitable for a street car. The stock rod is in the car presently, but I believe Spohn makes a urethane ended adjustable bar.

I look forward tothe Autocross experience, and eventually HPDE driving, and being part of the community.I will be absorbing as much of this forum as I can!

Nice lookin' ride, it will be hot in ARIDZONA in black though! Most desert dwellers drive white cars. Hopefully you have one of those for a commuter! Welcome! smile.gif

Yeah, I know...HOT!. I have A/C and window tint. I just love black cars!

I used to live in Tucson for almost 20 years...I know what I'm in for.

...and the wife's minivan is white. blink.gif
