Here's what I have, and the prices I paid (some parts are new, some used). All of this was guaranteed (by Quarter Master) to work on a 98-02 LS1 with T-56. It'll probably work with other setups, but I recommend calling QM to verify. I also bench tested the entire system, and it worked. I have pics of all parts, including the assembly as I was testing it.

The clutch itself looks brand new. The discs measure .104" new; these measure .103". The slave cylinder is a 4.5"/5.5" unit that was recommended by QM. It moves the contact point inwards a bit on the clutch, thereby making the pedal easier to push. It performs perfectly, also.

The only thing that is not included is a stock LS1 flywheel. You can buy a used one for under $40. Or, you can buy a new one for more.

7.25" Optimum V, triple disc clutch (used)- P/N 397050- $250
Button flywheel (new) - P/N 509127 - $135
QM 4.5"/5.5" slave cylinder (used) - P/N 710200 - $75

Flywheel bolts (new) - P/N 505007 - $40
Clutch bolts (new) - P/N 309507 - $15
Shim kit (new) – P/N 710102 - $17
Clutch lines and fittings (new) - $107
Adjustable McLeod master cylinder (used) - $175
Bench jig to hold clutch and slave for testing - free to you!

These are the prices I paid, not including shipping. It comes to $814. I'll part with it all for $814, plus shipping.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Here are the pics of the clutch and setup (yes, they are phone pics, so quality isn't the best - sorry). When using the bench test, I was able to get the entire setup working, releasing the clutch discs, etc. I never installed any of this into my car, so it's all still sitting in a box. Everything is assembled (as much as possible) and ready to go into a car. I had everything done, in case I needed to swap this in the pits between races.
