Are there any companies that specialize in insurance to cover a track car when on the trailer, in the garage, from theft, damage, and fire?

I visited my Nationwide agent in February about this topic. Here is what Nationwide's position is for a car registered in Pennsylvania:
Scenario #1:
I am trailering my uninsured, unregistered car and get into an accident with another vehicle that is someone else's fault. The tow vehicle, race car and trailer is covered by the other party's insurance.
Scenario #2:
I am trailering my insured, registered car and get into an accident with another vehicle that is someone else's fault. The tow vehicle, race car and trailer is covered by the other party's insurance.
Scenario #3:
I am trailering my uninsured, unregistered car and get into an accident with another vehicle that is my fault. The tow vehicle and other party's vehicle is covered by my insurance. SOL on the trailer and car.
[EDIT]
Scenario #4:
I am trailering my insured, registered car and get into an accident with another vehicle that my fault. The tow vehicle, race car and trailer is covered by my insurance. The tow vehicle under it's policy and the race car under it's policy.
[EDIT]
After that clarification, I asked if I ever made mods to my car that made it illegal to run on the street (and thus un-insurable), would I be able to purchase a rider or additional insurnace and my agent said no...
This is what I was told...

That is pretty much the same song and dance I got from my insurance agent.

Try these guys
They appear to cover cars a HPDE, non-time events. They also cover cars in transit and storage.
About 375.00 per year on 25,000 car.
