I am not positive if it is AMERICAN IRON legal or not, but from reading the rules, it seems like it would. It is not CMC legal. It is 100% SM (Street Mod) legal for SCCA Solo II however...
This is a 3rd gen 92 B4C (1LE) (1 of 589 made in 1992) that has a 66kmi OBD-I LT1 motor and a T-56 Borg Warner 6 speed transmission installed. My EBAY ad has more info.
Car has zero leaks of any kind and burns no oil. The LT1 motor has always been stock. I did not want to spend $1200 on a 3rd gen Intake Manifold and upper/lower runners (www.thunderracing.com for reference), so I installed a complete LT1 motor for a little bit more. I did not want to rebuild the always weak, long throw, T5 tranny, so a T-56 was installed with an awesome Pro 5.0 shifter.

If and ONLY if I know you very well or someone that I've known for a few years can VOUCH for you, putting their reputation on the line, then I will provide a 1K mile/1 month - whichever comes first, warranty on the motor, clutch, transmission, entire front suspension including tie rods, idler arm, balljoints, control arms, control arm bushings, not including the front or rear Koni shocks, fuel pump, rear end gears, T2R ($$) high bias race differential, aluminum driveshaft, LG Motorsports Torque arm, newer 3" Griffin radiator, long tube headers, and the newer optispark. Who do you know will provide a warranty on a 3rd gen destined for RACING ?
I drive my B4C Camaro to and from the track and I have never towed it. It also has a Drawtite Class I hitch installed for the small tire trailer.
This car is ready to race RIGHT NOW. Needs no work, drive in/fly in, and take it to the race the next day.
Has 2.9degree negative camber and 7.5 degrees of positive caster and 0 toe right now!
