I have the chassis for my Camaro in the garage. It's a rust free shell with a full cage in it (custom bent by our very own Alan Blaine). Everybody here pretty well knows the car by now. Anyway, the "new" Corvette is home and I need the garage space. So, if anyone is interested in this chassis (even the least bit), please let me know. I'm not too far from doing one of a few "rash" things. Option 1 involves a sawzall, a bunch of blades and a trip to the scrap yard. Option 2 involves putting it on Ebay for $1 and no reserve. Either way, I suspect it's got about 3 weeks to live (unless arrangements are made otherwise). I need my garage back to do some work on the Corvette so I can sell the truck...preferably soon. No, I won't take $250 for it, I'll scrap it before I give it away to a lowball offer (I hate to be that way, but I guess that's just me blink.gif ). Make me an offer. There's $1500 in the cage parts alone. And it has a clean title.

Anyone? (I don't want to have someone go "I actually wanted that, I was just waiting a while" etc...)

You have pictures of its current state? I might know someone...

I do and I can take more of anything they need. I'll post them after work.

What would it take for me to throw my LT1 in there and be ready to go? I've got a 94Z chassis with a basic rollbar that I'm planning on putting it in now and doing a full rewire.

The rear axle from your car, front shocks (I'll sell you a set of rear Koni's that are sitting here looking for a new home), I have the stock spindles (you'll want to do something with the brakes, but there are lots of choices for 3rd gens and many are fairly cheap these days), all the steering linkage is there (just add a PS pump with your accessories) and sway bars (I have a very nice selection for sale at this time smile.gif ). The tank is in it, the fuel pump and sender are in it, the chassis brake lines and master cylinder are there... The seat is still in the car, but I wasn't pricing it with the chassis (I paid $800 for the seat and it's never been used) and I was planning to sell the hood seperately...however, if you want/need the stuff we can work something out. I still have the radiator on the floor and the 3000 cfm cooling fan on the roof, etc (we can build a package any way you wish). Here's some pics:

Anyone? Pass it to your friends? I have an oil leak to fix on the Corvette and need space in the garage. I'm planning to get to work on the Corvette soon or this week. Or, everybody bring sawzalls and I'll take donations for the fun of cutting it up with me. smile.gif
nape
Don't cut it up yet, I'm trying to figure out where to put it. wink.gif
